It is not looking good for my chosen horse, Governor Mitt Romney. I am confident in Michigan next week (although I was confident in New Hampshire) but we will see.
I will admit, Michigan is known for letting people down so I am cautiously optimistic. I do worry that a loss in Michigan would spell the end of Romney’s campaign.
On the bright side, two second place finishes and one first place (Wyoming) does put him in the ‘points’ lead, but as we know, momentum is everything and right now there is a lack of it. I am concerned.
