Jennifer Bruner is the perfect embodiment of totalitarian 'reasoning', and her excuse for forbidding observers is that they're not legislatively 'provided for'. Well, they're not forbidden either, but she wants it her way, so here's her new political slogan for the Democrats:

EVERYTHING NOT COMPULSORY IS PROHIBITED.

She don't need no steenkin' observers watching her office promoting vote fraud.

And thanks to T.H. White who figured that slogan out seven decades ago.
